It is ReUp Time, so we get to Pay Annual Dues for another year. This is also when we bring into full paid membership those people who have joined us in the las year, either from our classes at the YWCA or because they moved into the area.
Low Country Boil @ MudCat Charlies
One of the most fun club parties, because its spring, warm, and a classic low country boil feast to look forward to. People not from the region don't know what it is, but once they try it they come back for more. Go to the Club Calendar for full information and directions to MudCat Charlies.
Beach & Bocce ~ SSI, East Beach
A couple of years back the club decided to engage in some strenuous physical activity - and decided that Bocce on the East Beach at St Simons Isle was just the ticket. Get a tent, adult beverages, pick your partner and lets play what? - Bocce of course. To get to the East Beach on SSI follow the link to the Map icon. Guest shaggers are welcome, but you do have to bring your own sodas, beer and wine. No glass containers are allowed on beaches in the Golden Isles
Oyster Roast @ Bill & Donita's
This is an eagerly awaited event every fall. Bill and men from the club erect the tent over the wooden dance floor and prepare the firepits and grills for the roast. The ladies prepare the food, Wayne get his music and speakers together. Out in the woods where Bill and Donita live, the neighbors are tolerant of a little fun, noise and good times.
Christmas Party @ The Elks Club
We are going to the Elk Club for our Christmas Party where we will enjoy Heavy Hors D'Ouvres, Door and Raffle prizes, and enjoy dancing on a good wood floor. We encourage friends from other clubs who have danced with us at times during the year to also come.
